How much does HeyJoinMe cost?
There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. On a paid event the platform fee is 2% of each paid booking, plus GST. A free event pays one flat fee for the event, from ₹499 plus GST, by how many people may register. Running something large or recurring? Talk to us about a plan.
How do my buyers pay?
Online, by UPI, debit and credit cards or net banking, on a secure payment page. What a buyer is shown is exactly what they are charged.
When and how do I get my money?
Your ticket money is paid out to your verified bank account, on request from your panel, with a statement for the event. For your first event, payouts open a few days after it ends. Your Finance screen shows every sale: what the buyer paid, the processing charge, the platform fee and what you keep.
How do buyers get their passes?
As soon as a payment is confirmed, the buyer gets their QR pass on WhatsApp and by email, and can open it any time from their HeyJoinMe account. If you ask for attendee names, the buyer adds them and each person gets their own pass. If a buyer’s browser closes mid-payment, the payment is still matched to their booking and the pass is sent.
Does check-in work without internet?
Yes. Passes are digitally signed, so the HeyJoinMe scanner app on Android can tell a real pass from a fake one with no signal at all. Scans are kept on the phone and sync when the connection is back. You can also scan from a browser.
Can I sell Navratri season passes or multi-day tickets?
Yes. A ticket can be valid for the whole event, for nights the buyer picks, for every night, for a bundle of nights you choose, or for any number of nights — “any 3 of 9”. Each night can have its own capacity.
Can I run free events and registrations?
Yes. Your guests register without paying anything. You pay one flat fee for the event, from ₹499 plus GST for up to 100 registrations, rising with the number of registrations. If you would like guests to contribute, show your own UPI QR on the event page — that money goes straight to you.
Can I offer discounts and early-bird prices?
Yes: early-bird and group prices, buy-one-get-one, codes for the first N buyers, offers for members or for one city, and thousands of single-use codes for partners. Prices can also change automatically by rules you set.
What do I need to sign up?
Your organisation’s details, then a short verification: PAN, Aadhaar, a GSTIN or Udyam number where needed, and the bank account your payments go to. You then sign the organiser agreement online with Aadhaar eSign. Selling opens once that is done.
Will my event show up on Google?
Every public event page carries the details search engines read — dates, venue, prices and availability — loads fast on phones, and can be listed on HeyJoinMe’s city and category pages. Nobody can promise a ranking, but your page is built to be found.
Can my team help run the event?
Yes. Add your team with roles such as admin, event manager, finance, registration desk and gate staff. Each person sees only what their job needs — gate staff, for example, can scan passes and nothing else.
